1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide

• Account information such as your name, email address, organization, and password.
• Profile and billing details when you subscribe to or purchase the Service.
• Communications you send us, including support requests and feedback.

Video and sports data

• Video footage, images, and related files you upload for analysis.
• Metadata associated with uploaded content, such as timestamps, sport type, and session labels.
• Analysis outputs generated by the Service, including tracking data, heat maps, performance metrics, and reports.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and interaction with features.
• Log data such as access times, error reports, and performance diagnostics.
• Cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 8.

Health and Fitness Data

Mova provides fitness coaching and personalized training advice. With your permission, Mova can access and collect health and fitness data from the following services:

• Apple Health on iOS: body weight, lean body mass, body fat percentage, and body mass index (BMI).
• Health Connect on Android: body weight, lean body mass, body fat percentage, and height. Mova uses weight and height to calculate BMI.
• Garmin Connect, when connected by you: activities, sport type, duration, distance, calories, heart-rate information, training effect, sleep duration, sleep stages, sleep score, blood oxygen information, and respiration information.
• Information that you enter in Mova: workouts, exercises, sets, repetitions, weight lifted, meals, nutrition information, body measurements, fitness goals, and related notes.

Mova accesses Apple Health and Health Connect in read-only mode. Mova does not write to or change data in these services. You must give permission before Mova can access this data. After you give permission, Mova can automatically sync available body measurements up to once per day.

How We Use Health and Fitness Data

Mova uses health and fitness data only to provide and improve health and fitness features that you can see and use in the app. These uses include:

• Showing your body measurements and fitness information.
• Tracking your fitness goals, trends, and progress.
• Personalizing training, recovery, nutrition, and fitness guidance.
• Generating responses and recommendations from Orbix, Mova’s AI fitness assistant.
• Maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting these features.

Mova is not a medical service. Mova does not use health data to diagnose or treat a medical condition.

Storage and Sharing

Body measurements imported from Apple Health or Health Connect are sent to Mova through an encrypted connection. Mova stores the imported values and measurement history with your Mova account.

When you use Orbix, Mova can send health and fitness data that is relevant to your request to service providers that supply cloud hosting, database, and AI-processing services. These providers process the data only to operate Mova and provide the requested fitness features. They must protect the data to the same or a higher standard than described in this Privacy Policy.

Mova does not sell health or fitness data. Mova does not use or share this data for advertising, marketing, credit decisions, insurance decisions, employment decisions, or data-broker services. Mova does not use health data to train general-purpose AI models or for unrelated data mining.

For clarity, the statement in this Privacy Policy about using aggregated or de-identified data to improve AI models does not apply to data obtained from Apple Health, HealthKit, or Health Connect.

Retention, Deletion, and Permission Control

Mova keeps stored health and fitness data while your account is active and as necessary to provide the Service. You can delete your Mova account and its associated data from the app or through our account deletion page. You can also request deletion by emailing orbitallabai@gmail.com.

You can stop future access at any time:

• On iOS, change Mova’s permissions in the Health app or iOS privacy settings.
• On Android, change Mova’s permissions in Health Connect.
• For Garmin, disconnect Garmin Connect from Mova.

Revoking permission stops future access. It does not automatically delete data that Mova imported before you revoked permission. To delete previously imported data, delete your Mova account or contact us. Deleting data from Mova does not delete the original data stored by Apple Health, Health Connect, or Garmin.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process uploaded video and generate sports performance analysis.
• Authenticate users, manage accounts, and process transactions.
• Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and send service-related communications.
• Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and protect the security and integrity of the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
• Develop new features and, where permitted, improve our AI models using aggregated or de-identified data.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal data based on:

• Performance of a contract with you.
• Your consent, where required.
• Our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, subject to your rights.
• Compliance with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist with hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, and customer support, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Other users within your organization or team when you choose to share analysis results through the Service.
• Authorities or third parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Orbital Lab, our users, or others.
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Uploaded video and analysis data are retained according to your account settings and applicable subscription terms. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 7.

6. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how the Service is used, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
