Request deletion of your Mova account

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Mova account, email info@orbitallab.ai from the email address associated with your Mova account.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name.
• The email address used for your Mova account.
• A short statement saying that you want your Mova account and associated data deleted.

We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.

Data that will be deleted

When your deletion request is verified, we will delete or de-identify data associated with your Mova account, including:

• Account information such as your name, email address, and profile details.
• Uploaded videos, images, and sports footage associated with your account.
• Analysis outputs generated from your uploads, including tracking data, heat maps, performance metrics, and reports.
• Support messages and account communications where deletion is legally and technically possible.

Data that may be kept

Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons, including:

• Transaction records, invoices, and payment history required for accounting, tax, or compliance purposes.
• Security logs and fraud-prevention records needed to protect Mova and Orbital Lab.
• Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
• Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer reasonably identify you.

Retention period

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup copies or legally retained records may remain for up to 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
